Discovery Audit

A written review of the photos your organisation already has, against what you need them to do. You share your existing photos and tell Lyle what they need to do. You get his findings in writing: what already works, what can be reused, where the gaps are and whether a new shoot is worth it. $1,200, credited against any work that follows.

Sport and event coverage

Matches, rounds, finals and events. From $550 for up to two hours, $1,000 for a half day and $1,850 for a full day. Edited selection within 48 hours.

Teams and media days

Teams of up to 16 are $300 plus $95 a person, with two retouched photographs each and individual direction for every person. A team of eight is $1,060 and a team of twelve is $1,440.

For larger groups, Lyle provides high volume portrait shoots that create a consistent set of photographs across your group. As a guide, $1,850 covers up to 100 people, with three retouched photographs per person to give you variety for content across your channels throughout the season or year. It uses agreed poses, one location, one setup and one delivery format, with people attending to an agreed running order. Larger teams and additional requirements are quoted to your brief. The difference is direction: team portraits give each person individual direction, while a high-volume day uses agreed poses, one setup and an agreed running order. Team portraits are also available to businesses and boards, booked directly.

Aerial and video

Drone stills and video, $275 per hour, subject to weather, venue permission and CASA rules. The scope, deliverables, editing and total price are confirmed in your quote before booking. Short social video edits from $350. Ongoing arrangements

Season and annual arrangements that keep your library current. Each includes a library update every season, regular match coverage, first call on dates for selections and campaigns, and organisation rights to the photographs. Arrangements usually run for 12 months, with a review at the end of the season and 60 days’ notice. Rates are lower than one-off prices in exchange for the regular booking, and each arrangement is priced to your schedule.

Headshot, $550

Four photographs of your choice. One look on one background, for your profiles, your website and announcements.

Profile portraits, $950

Eight photographs of your choice. Two looks and an agreed background, for more variety across your profiles, the media and your website.

Identity library, $1,600

Twelve photographs of your choice, in up to six looks. Studio backgrounds are included. So are environmental photographs, made at your location during the session or by placing a studio-lit photograph of you into an agreed setting, and they count within your twelve. Each photograph is prepared in six formats for use across multiple channels. Masters are kept for three years, so new crops and backgrounds can be made later without a reshoot.
